Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview

As a family member of a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve had the pleasure of staying in several Hilton hotels across different countries. Let me tell you, the Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview stands out as the hotel with the best guest service I’ve ever encountered. It may be one of the smaller Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in, but the hospitality and attention to the needs of their guests are truly exceptional. The entire staff, from the restaurant manager (whose name I can’t recall), the waiters (Nina, Dachi) to the receptionists and even the housekeeping staff, deserves a raise or at least some recognition for their outstanding service. I was so impressed that I didn’t even want to check out! I extended my stay for an extra day just to soak in the comfort and hospitality. 😂😂😂😂😂 I was truly impressed that I had to personally write a review for the first time😂😂😂😂. They truly deserve some accolades. Truly a job well done in staff selection. 5 stars all across. Will definitely revisit.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi River View. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located—right by the Mtkvari River, offering beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s within walking distance of key attractions, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed—plus, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful, fresh, and with a good mix of international and local options. The restaurant also offered great food during the evening hours. I also appreciated the fitness center and the overall attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money. Although not in the center of things, easily connected by cheap public transportation / bolt / yango. City center is a very nice walk along The river from the hotel, and it's much more accessible to the airport than hotels in more "popular" neighborhoods. Great staff, lovely breakfast. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
