I booked a two night stay here. The first night when I showered, the bath tub did not drain at all and I was standing in used water which sort of defeats the purpose of showering in the first place. The sink also did not drain. It was very late so I didn’t contact the front desk about it right away because my toddler was sleeping and I didn’t want to have to deal with packing up everything that we had just unpacked and move rooms (I’m a single mother traveling with a toddler). I did not get any rest that night because all I was thinking about was how I was going to have to wake up extra early the next morning, just to deal with this problem. This is something that should have been noticed when housekeeping cleaned the room prior to our checking in. This is not something that a guest on vacation should have to deal with especially with the price of the room. The front desk was accommodating when switching our rooms the next morning, however, the sink in the new room also doesn’t drain and the new room seems to Have way more wear and tear than the first room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy. The pancakes at the buffet tasted inedible. I really expected more from this hotel given the reputation and the price. Also there needs to be a stool or something for children to reach the sink in the bathroom

Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend for Events or Weddings I stayed at the Hilton Inn in Temecula for my brother’s wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We chose this hotel specifically because my brother had arranged and paid for an after-party here, with the agreement that the space would be open until 1:30 AM. After a beautiful wedding, we boarded the shuttle bus and arrived at the hotel expecting a celebration. There were signs in the lobby welcoming the couple by name — so it was clear the hotel was aware of the event. But when we got there, the lobby was completely dead. No staff, no setup, nothing. The front desk told us, “No one showed up, and no one called, so we sent the staff home.” That’s unacceptable. You were paid to keep the space open until 1:30. Why wouldn’t you at least call to check if the party was still on, or simply staff the event as agreed? We showed up right after the wedding as planned — and there was nothing waiting for us. To make things worse, I only booked this hotel because of the after-party. It was expensive, and I would have chosen a more convenient hotel closer to the venue if I knew this would happen. It was a huge letdown at the end of such a special day. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone hosting or attending an event in Temecula.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to share our experience. We were very disappointed with our stay. There were constant noises in our room all night, including the AC, which sounded like a plane taking off every time it kicked on. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. We mentioned this at checkout, and the only thing they said they could do was waive the $12 parking fee. No apology, no real acknowledgment of the issue—it felt like they didn’t care at all. We’ve been loyal Hilton members for years, and this experience was especially frustrating given the $300/night price. I expected much better service and responsiveness. Definitely not the standard we’re used to with Hilton.
