This hotel is one of the best: front desk customer service is both friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean - the breakfast is excellent. The restaurant staff is discrete while available to serve. The location is very convenient for those travelling to Italy or to southern Austria. The parking is safe and free. Congratulation to the management and to the entire team! Continue to keep the standards.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt — it truly felt like a 5-star experience in every way. The hotel is modern, elegant, and immaculately clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality, delicious options. The location is also excellent — peaceful yet conveniently close to the train station and town center. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wiener Neustadt. I will definitely return!
The hotel itself was comfortable and modern, and our connecting room—with two full bathrooms—was truly spacious. The complimentary parking right in front of the hotel was also a big plus. However, I was disappointed that the windows weren’t as soundproof as I’d expected from a Hilton. We happened to stay during an event in the nearby park, and the noise carried through, even at night. The front desk did offer earplugs.. The real highlight, though, was breakfast. Truly exceptional! A dedicated chef made us custom omelettes on the spot, and the wide array of sweet and savory options made each morning a delight. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel for its comfort and fantastic breakfast—just be aware that you might hear occasional noise from outside if there’s an event nearby.
