After a challenging evening at the adjoining aparthotel, the staff here were exceptional. Caroline in particular but also several others went above and beyond to help. Genuinely showed care and stayed past her shift to make sure we got sorted. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Had dinner at the hotel, good quality food and great service too. Would stay again.
Good breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Easy access for large vehicles.
Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Underground parking is nice but expensive. Breakfast is great. Snack menu and dinner is good. There's only a few restaurants within waking distance. The room was dusty. Carpet needs replaced. Hotel does not have air conditioning. There is only a fan duct with a very much clogged filter.
