Absolutely AMAZING place. Very modern and open lobby. Rooms were nice, clean and cozy - WITH A/C! Had a slight delay in our room being ready but it was quickly fixed and an agreement was met. Breakfast makes you feel like you're at a 5 star restaurant. Everything is prepared fresh and was super clean! Staff was extremely friendly and eager to help - they even have a small "Breakfast on the go" bag if you let them know you have an early check-out before the Breakfast opens!! If in Glasgow, THIS is the hotel to stay at! I can't say that enough.
Booked this hotel as a stopping point to Edinburgh. Longtime Hilton member and expected this to be a solid choice coming from the US. What I didn’t expect is the kindness from all the staff. Felt less like an international chain and more like a local hotel. The staff made this a 5 star stay. Thank you! Wonderful ambassadors for Glasgow.
On site parking charged at £16.50 per day for hotel guests. Rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel is ideally located close to the centre of Glasgow. Breakfast served from 06:30 with a choice of cooked or continental. On site gym is small but with sufficient treadmills, ellipticals and weight machines / weights. Lifts can get busy but move quickly. Overall a great stay
