The rooms were well laid out, spacious, great views, comfortable beds, couch, chairs, and spcious bathrooms. Balcony was big enough for 4 to seat out and a couple more to stand. Resort itself was clean, staff were AWESOME and quick to assist with issues... Issues we encountered...washing machine had issues draining every time it was used, staff were onsite each time within 15 minutes working on it! Kitchen sink leaked from around the handle pretty bad when turned on, for some reason the stove knobs were very touchy and would turn on if slightly grazed, 1 bathroom had a bidet but only the water worked, both bathrooms shower heads were in need of a hard scrubbing -not very flowing. The grounds around the resort were lush, well maintained, and absolutely gorgeous. The lagoon was just a very short walk away and right next to the cove (where a family of turtles were cruising around) and it was partially protected by a corral wall with all kinds of colorful swimmers 🐟 🐠. Conveniently located near shops, bars, and eateries and on the boardwalk.

Hotel rooms are comfy, but had to walk to our hotel building since it was literally a village of hotels. Great view that I got, some of my other friends got the view of parking lot. Plenty restaurants to choose from. Waikiki is just outside, able to walk and explore. Lots of tourists, it was spring break so it was expected.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and while it had some great aspects, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The location is fantastic—right on Waikiki Beach with beautiful views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The lagoon is a nice touch, especially for families with kids. However, the resort itself feels overcrowded and a bit dated. The check-in process was slow, and the staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed. The rooms were comfortable but not particularly special for the price. Housekeeping was hit or miss, and some areas of the hotel could use a refresh. Dining options were decent but overpriced, which is expected at a resort. Be prepared for long waits at most restaurants. The pools were nice but often packed, making it hard to find a good spot. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay, but for the high price and large crowds, I expected a more polished experience. If you’re looking for a true Hawaiian getaway, there may be better options. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I’d explore other resorts first.
