Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings Land Waikoloa

Everything was spot on. My 43 year old hips and back are really picky and the mattress did not disappoint. The grounds were clean, the pools were fun and the access to the other Hilton properties made for some fun afternoons without having to travel far. The service was also top notch. At one point my wedding ring slipped off of my finger and down the drain and maintenance came quickly to retrieve it for me. If I had a complaint, it would be the restaurant. Healthy options are limited and the food was just so-so, especially for the price. But it's sufficient for a quick lunch or snack and the convenience of having it near the pool is nice. Overall I'd definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to friends.

Property is great. Rooms are big, clean, and modern with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Happy hour every night with live music. Staff was great. It's easy (minutes) to get to other stuff at Waikoloa like beach, main pool, restaurants, golf, shopping, spa, etc. Only downsides are you have to go offaite for food (except breakfast and snacks) and bar closes as 6pm.

We were honestly disappointed with the stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa. First of all, we came to enjoy the big island on our honeymoon. But to start out the air conditioning in our room went out, and we only discovered this at 4AM after of waking up to figure out why the room was so unbearably hot. When we texted to ask if the AC was down, we were told it wasn’t working and that our only option was to open the window. No notice had been given, and no alternative solution was offered. As well as, even though I selected cold water for the washer, it ran with hot water, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. On top of that, the shuttle service was overcrowded to the point of being unsafe. Guests were packed in like sardines, which made the ride extremely uncomfortable. For the price and expectations of this hotel, these issues are unacceptable. We expected far more from a Hilton property. Cleanliness and friendly staff are appreciated, but basic comfort, communication, and safe transportation should be guaranteed, but unfortunately, this stay fell far short.
