Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando

From the moment I arrived to the unfortunate day I had to part I was so impressed with this Hilton location! I’m an honors member and Hilton has always been very accommodating and thoughtful when I book with them, but WOW this location!! First and foremost I have to say the staff is so nice and eager to help your stay be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Irene is a concierge and the front desk and I was able to check in and out with her, an amazing person! So nice! So helpful! I arrived early and she was so awesome helping me comfortably wait until I could check in and set me up in a room asap, last day she helped push my check out back because of travel logistics. I would come back just to see Irene!! The property and campus itself is stunning. The multiple pools, the pier on the pond, the rooms and aesthetics… I will be returning specifically here if I ever come back to Orlando. Thank you so much Hilton, you made my Florida trip that much more memorable. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed 7 nights from June 25 to July 2nd. Our experience on a single room suite was excellent. With lots of space and amenities our stay was quite confortable and pleasant. Location was very convenient for us while visiting Sea World, Disney and Universal parks. Service was exceptionally good, even at late hours at night. Thank you Jessica, Ashley, Monae, Guido, both Davids from NY and Cuba, Derek, Jaimie, Tianna and Dayana for making our experience so memorable, all HGV team was great. Keep up the good work! We will definitely consider this hotel for upcoming family Vacations purposes.

I was really hoping to love this place. The room was very spacious and the location was great. It's gated so it feels safe. However, the cleaning and services were lacking. In a week long stay we only had housekeeping once. I had to beg to have someone come over and clean out the shower that had a giant dead roach in it. I was told that I could've had housekeeping come earlier if I had requested earlier in the morning. However, we had been out at the parks all day and had just got back around 6pm. So it wasn't terribly late. There was always staff zooming through the parking lots on golf carts "looking" busy. But I never saw any cleaning getting done in my building. I had shavings left on my counter in the bathroom and my son found a toy car in the living room from a previous guest. If you check in during the rush hour, don't expect to get a rundown of the property, you just have to figure it out on your own, like we did. You get a text with a link about activities but the calendar was a mess to read.
