This has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had traveling to Guadalajara, the service has been really EXCEPTIONAL. I traveled with my kitten and I was worried about it, fortunately I was received so warmly and with such care, that I felt like home. Besides, the hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, chef level, and the room was very comfortable. Whenever I travel to Guadalajara again, I will definitely stay here!! Thank you very much!!
The location is great within the modern and upscale mall/plaza with high quality restaurants within a short distance. The service is exceptional from the check-in and throughout the hotel. The pool is good for small groups with excellent service from 12 PM - 7 PM. Rooms could be a little bigger. Overall, recommended for business or pleasure in the middle of Guadalajara.
What an amazing hotel and staff! I can not say enough of how happy we were with our decision to stay at this location. The hotel itself is great but the staff made the stay, thanks to Jazmin in reservations and a extra thank you to Maviel in the executive lounge she helped us every step of the way! Great knowledge of the city and culture and a amazing attentive hostess in the lounge she truly made our special day extra special. All of the staff was amazing but she made our trip. Will be back
