I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Baiyun during my visit to Guangzhou, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by one of their staff members, Bob Tang. Even after returning to my home country, Bob went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an unexpected problem with my personal belongings stuck at the airport. His swift actions and unwavering commitment ensured that my belongings were safely recovered, saving me from a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Bob's professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly exemplify the outstanding service that Hilton Baiyun strives to deliver. His exceptional assistance has left a lasting impression on me, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. Hotel is very nice, absolutely fantastic breakfast and room was very nice also, but big fail for me was that 90% of hotel staff dont speak english. It was surprising that in international Hilton hotel their staff dont speak english properly. So when I need something like “second blanket” they absolutely dont know what I mean 😀 and many other things. I think that for the hotel at this qualiti level like Hilton this fact is big fail.
