Hilton Haikou Meilan

If you be with Hilton, you will feel upsad for this round. Room is ok , I can feel is Hilton standard, landscaping is great, outdoor activities for kids all like gone......not functioning. Pool have 2 , one in cleaning is ok understood. Resort is big, can feel is too classic for interior. lobby pretty hot, I am sweating when reach and wait for long queue group check in. Is like a mice area for events.......full of group and local was super noisy and annoying you should know. Breakfast was more on local option, I can't have a good western breakfast which I expected in good toast, butter, choice of egg, Not Hilton feel that I expected. Lucky just 2 night.

Not very good hotel that far away from Meilan international airport. And too much kids here that make lots of noise at breakfast time. And the beach looks not very well. And they would not open air conditioners on corridors and lift room.

Poor hotel, Not in condition to operation. And DEFINITELY not Hiltons Hotels! It get even worst. About 5pm we prepare to go to the beach. At least hotel is beach front. But all the outdoor activities are close and under renovation. Beach access also close. The typhoon happen a month ago. But the hotel never inform us. So we waste our time here. When we checking in we got trick by the reception. They said if we book buffet dinner they will upgrade our room. But we can listen some chinese. Before they offer this deal they already put the room 1052 for me. After we agree the deal we got the same room. After we arrived in the room, the hotel is old, wear off, and not in good condition for guest to stay. We request to move to another room, which is not much different. And definitely NOT Hilton standard. Definitely will never be back. Totally waste my precious time and Experience.
