Hilton Hainan Ocean Flower Island

As a Hilton Diamond Member, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many Hilton properties, but this recent stay was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. A special mention to Lisa, who not only helped with our itinerary but went above and beyond to arrange a buggy transfer for us to the nearby attraction. Traveling with two young kids and two elderly family members, this thoughtful gesture made all the difference and ensured our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Lisa truly deserves a raise for her exceptional service — she’s a star and will do very well in her career! I also want to recognize Manager Elaine for her exceptional leadership. She was incredibly attentive and approachable, checking in to make sure every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. It’s clear she has cultivated a team that genuinely cares about providing top-tier service, and it showed in every interaction. This stay was without a doubt one of the best I’ve had at any Hilton property, and the service rendered by Lisa, Elaine, and the entire team made it unforgettable. I highly recommend this Hilton 海花岛 and will certainly return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel itself was an absolute delight the lobby, cleaning and buggy staff all used translator apps to communicate with foreigners. The hotel is very close to the shopping and food districts. The island was lovely but in my 5 day stay there i only saw a handful of foreigners. Many deserted shops but the open ones makeup for it. One downside is the proximity to the main 2 cities. Great hotel!

Hilton is located at the center of the island no. 1. The hotel provide free buggy service to any attraction stops on Island, you can call them for a pickup after you have done. As usual keeping the Hilton brand quality and service, room is big and modern with comfy bed. You get the usual welcome fruit basket. Breakfast spread is good with enough variety for oriental and Western breakfast. F&B street is nearby the hotel by foot. Note: Haihuadao or Ocean Flower Island is pretty dead and desserted. A lot of attractions are not open when I visit in April. A lot of abandoned shops on the F&B street, the beer street is basically not existed as all the shops are closed. This is the only place I been to China that you do not need to fight for a photo spots at any time.
