First time traveling to Hefei, this hotel was amazing. Staff was super patient with the language barrier, always accommodating, and breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. I enjoyed the shops and restaurants across the street. Everyone is just so nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, views were incredible. Very easy to book online, we even ended up extending our stay. I hope to be back again soon!
A marvellous hotel, with nice rooms, good amenities, all in modern style. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding in terms of friendlies, consistently doing their best to make the guest feel welcome. I had an amazing stay, and will definitely stay there again. I do hope they will keep the present level of hospitality.
It's up to Hilton standards. I liked how clean and well-furnished it was. The location is a little far from the rest of Hefei, and traffic can be a hassle. It's close to the train station, which is great.
