The stay in Heidelberg was more about exploring the old town and castle than being in the hotel. Having said that the hotel was safe, comfortable and the location was great. The Club Lounge was a fabulous place to return to, and relax after a busy day exploring. The food was fresh and replenished well and the drinks provided for a good range of tastes. Breakfast each morning was comprehensive, fresh and nourishing. It provided a nutritious start for a busy day ahead. In both these areas the service was responsive and those providing it were interested and enjoying their jobs working with people.
We stayed at multiple properties during our recent trip to Germany - all lovely - but this was far and away our best experience. The rooms are comfortable, the location is central, and the service is unmatched. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning and found the happy hour offerings in the lounge to be very generous. Many thanks for the thoughtful and attentive service. If you’re traveling to Heidelberg, I highly recommend this hotel!
Great experience at Hilton Heidelberg! Although they initially said no rooms were free, mentioning my Hilton membership helped me get a room and access to the exclusive lounge. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The location is great, close to Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again on my next visit.
