The staff at this hotel is professional and eager to ensure your stay is exceptional. The service is impeccable and meets the Hilton standard. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is luxurious. The bathrooms are well-designed and very clean. Depending on which side of the hotel you’re on, the views are breathtaking. The hotel is quite large, but the hallways are quiet, ensuring a restful stay. We had our luggage shipped from a previous hotel, and it was done with the utmost efficiency. This is definitely a hotel to book if you’re in Hiroshima. There are also plenty of places to explore within walking distance. The concierge was helpful with suggestions. Don’t forget to stop by the bar for drinks; the bartenders are amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic — definitely worth adding to your stay. The hotel also features a great pool, which our kids loved. A few things to keep in mind: the hotel does not offer shuttle services, and the nearest train station is about a 13-minute walk away. Therefore, you may need to take a taxi for most outings, especially if you’re traveling with children or luggage. Also, if you plan to enjoy the pool, swim caps are required. You can bring your own or rent one at the hotel for 500 yen. Overall, we truly loved our experience, and our kids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I really can't say enough good things about our experience here. The property is beautiful and clean (and smells great). Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The pool and restaurants are great too. But the part that made our stay exceptional was the people. Every single person I encountered was so kind and helpful. I have never had such great service. I highly recommend this hotel, it will be the highlight of your trip.
