Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Hotel Convention. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive; they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travellers and would return! The breakfast staff were fantastic, with everything being spot on. I also want to highlight the dinner staff, Ricky and Iqbal, who provided outstanding customer service and were extremely helpful.

I booked this hotel few hours after before my arrival and I was so impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and the location. Perfect. The lady that checked us in, Fatima has a very good customer relation. I think she will go far base on how wonderful she make you feel as a guest. This hotel, highly recommended. And the food, fantastic service. Thank you Fatima, for making us feel home.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my visit. The service (especially at the restaurant) was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. A special mention must go to Brother Khalid and all the staff members at breakfast (especially those that come and give juices, those who clean the plates, those who provide with tea/coffee, all the beautiful ladies). Your kindness to making guests feel comfortable is so nice. Thank you so much for making our visit so memorable!
