I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my stay! From the check in experience, to the room, to the food, and the atmosphere, was exceptional! I stayed in one of the Lakeview rooms and waking up to the sunrise was so peaceful and tranquil. Alice and Andrew Taylor did a wonderful job making sure I was helped and well taken care of. I will definitely be back for my next business trip! Thank you Hilton and staff! You made me feel welcomed and special!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—just across the street from the NASA Space Center and close to a variety of restaurants, parks, and other local attractions. Our room had a stunning view of the bay, and we enjoyed watching the sunset right from our window. In the morning, we tried the breakfast buffet and were thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding, and the food selection was one of the best we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. There was a wide variety of hot, hearty options, fresh fruit, pastries, and even an omelet station. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
Ok first off with the positive. The location was great! The hotel is in a nice area and is close to the Space Center Houston. Moreover the view from my room was wonderful. You get a gorgeous view of the lake plus a balcony to look out of. Also the staff were very helpful I asked them for food recommendations and they pulled through and gave me a personalized list of their favorite spots(which were very good). Now for the bad. The rooms were not very clean 😭. Was I worried about bed bugs? No. Would I walk on the floor barefoot? No. There was also a chair in my room that was stained. But my biggest issue was the bathroom. I think it definitely needs to be remodeled or just deep cleaned cause I was uncomfortable with the idea of showering in that bathtub. The lobby of the hotel is very nice I just wished that the rooms lived up to the perception that the lobby gave.
