Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria

My experience was exceptional. I travel quite a bit throughout the year and typically stay at Hilton properties, and this location went above and beyond my expectations. I was initially unsure about booking here due to the slightly higher cost and additional parking fee, but I’m so glad I did. The room was spotless and ready for check-in by 12:30 PM, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop pool was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with towels—perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff running it were incredibly kind and attentive. In fact, every employee I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear the entire team is committed to making guests feel taken care of. Highly recommend—worth every penny.

Front desk team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! Our travel plans were disrupted and we arrive after 10PM - Lauren and team made sure the check in process was easy and fast. We got our connecting rooms and the view was great! Highly recommend for a business stay or with a weekend with your family.

My husband had surgery and had to lie down for 25 hrs. Had to pay for an upgrade to check in early. Even though I had spoken with someone prior. Went downstairs to eat dinner, and some children had taken over the restaurant jumping up and down on the furniture, running around playing tag. The adults were at the bar drinking. I told the host, and he directed us to the bar area. We were in the corner cramped with no leg room. I sat sideways and was just so disappointed. The pool area is nice, but they had a young guy who came out smoking weed and 2 girls that were using every curse word imaginable. I was not happy. They have 4 elevators, but only 2 were running. If you don't jump on when the door opens, you miss out. For that amount of money, I expected way better.
