Hilton Houston Westchase

I stayed here in July 2025. I've stayed here before. It is a very convenient location for those traveling to Houston and calling on the Energy Corridor or Hwy 8 businesses. It is convenient to get to. The hotel looks dated from the outside, but it is Hilton appropriate. The decor matches the Hilton brand. Ample parking front and back and there is a decent restaurant attached. Not a part of the hotel but you can walk to it from the inside or order room delivery. The property has an outdoor pool which is kept up nicely. I found the hotel room and hall ways to be well managed and kept up. The experience was perfect for this visit. I would stay here again.

Fantastic service and accommodation. Front desk went out of their way to help me ship an item by providing packing tape, tape measure, and my printed label. Rooms were massive, comfortable, and quaint. Thanks again

Disappointed at the service I received from my front desk. As a Hilton Gold member, I would have expected slightly better service while checking in. I have stayed at Hilton hotels across the country, and this was the first hotel where I was forced to reach out to Hilton's customer assistance team for help with my room upgrade. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she was even rude while I was checking out and insisted that one of her colleagues did not grant me the late check out that he had. The rooms are basic, the hotel AC was hot on the floors. The bedroom of my suite had no airflow and was hot. The cleaning staff was lovely, but for some reason I was not placed on the daily list for cleaning - possibly because of the rude woman at check in? The pool was well maintained and cleaned. The 4pm check in time is quite late, and the $75 early check in fee stands even if you want to check in an hour early. We were also surprised by the $75 per night incidental fee. I am really sad that my first and last impression of this hotel was of the rude agent at check in - as the rest of the staff that we encountered were lovely.
