We were attending a wedding nearby and spent one night here. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. We had a decent rate and except for the parking fee(which we knew about and is typical for the area) it was a bargain. I would for sure stay there again if in the area.

We came here for a swim meet my daughter was in. At check in we were greeted by Ha La who was outstanding! We were early for check in so she held our bags for us while we got something to eat. The hotel itself was nice, clean and inviting. The entrance was modern and bright. We used the pool our first night in and it was heated which was great, however the hot tub was not hot. We also stayed on the second floor facing the pool and patio area. Although I think this is very beautiful it did keep us up at every night. They keep the pool open late hours and there were a lot of children playing loudly while we were trying to sleep because we had to get up early for an early morning swim meet. We also looked at the menu to have dinner there our second night at the restaurant and decided that we were going to go downstairs and have dinner here because we were exhausted. Upon arriving in the restaurant, we were handed a menu that was completely different than the menu they have on the website. I was looking forward to a New York strip steak, however, steak was not even on the menu. The other thing I found interesting is an automatic 20% gratuity is added to anything that you order at the hotel. Although I am a big tipper I don’t like being told what I have to tip especially if it’s not good service. And 20% is on anything including drinks at the bar. Just not right. I loved the staff and the convenience but not sure I would stay again. Plus $44 dollars a night for parking is steep.

I probably won’t come here again anyway. The Good: It is not perfectly quiet but the windows isolate the noise well considering that the airport is across the street. Bed was ok - nothing to praise or complain. There is parking. Location is ok. There is good-sized pool. The Rest: However, the noise from the hallway is not well insulated. We can clearly hear louder people in the hallway… or we just have bad neighbors. Quite annoying. The carpet is so dirty and disgusting. It looks like it has not been deep cleaned for 20 years. The room still has those older lights… probably fine if we are in the year 1990. The AC is dated and very loud. It is either heat or cool, and it cannot even automatically maintain temperature. The ventilation in the bathroom is very poor if it even exists. I don’t understand why the hotel chose dim, cool light for the hallway, it looks very creepy and unsettling and unwelcoming. It gives the vibe of a horror film. SMH. The parking’s gate cannot read the room cards. The front desk could not get the card to work from day one. Then every car from new residents was stuck at the exit for the first time exiting, confused why their room card doesn’t work (including myself). Would it be so bad to put up a sign, instructing people what to do because the card reader doesn’t work? The driver in front of me had to back out, looking frustrated and confused. This could have been avoided especially the front desk and the gate staff already knew that for at least days.
