Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel & rooms with their views was beautiful, amazing customer service and the team all worked together to make our stay a memorable one for my birthday. Shoutout to to the lovely Fatima from Housekeeping who serviced our room with extra touches, the gentlemen’s on check-in (apologies lost the paper with the name), the Guest Relations Team for the lovely card and cakes/amenities, Concierge team for providing information at a busy time while smiling. Ozkrun, Turguz, Cert & Sevilay from the Restaurant who made my birthday dinner just perfect with really tasty dishes!! And finally the lovely lady in the Executive Lounge, who greeted us warmly whenever we popped by. Thank you Hilton Bomonti Team for making my Birthday a special and memorable one! Definitely will be back should we get a chance to visit again 🙂

I was impressed with the service of all staff. Everyone was professional and welcoming. Staff were also very accommodating. You could tell that they were working hard to make my stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean. There was a free breakfast with lots of options and hardworking staff to serve the guests. A special shout out to Elif Budak who suggested the perfect cocktail and although we arrived after the kitchen closed, she provided chips and warm nuts.i rarely give 5/5 but this hotel certainly earned it. I would come back for sure

The hotel is spectacular. I particularly admired the attention to detail in the rooms, which ensured I had the most pleasant stay. The staff were hospitable and respectful: special mention to Dones, an extremely respectful, humble and genuine cleaner. I enjoyed his morning greeting. The doorman, giving us honest and genuine recommendations and advice. The staff in the restaurant were always happy to help with a smile, ensuring we all had everything that we needed. I would recommend Hilton Istanbul to anyone looking for a luxury, well thought out and hospitable stay.
