Hilton Istanbul Maslak

I stayed here just a few days ago with my husband for a holiday trip. The hotel was lovely, clean and smelling nice everywhere. The breakfast was vast with many options to suit all dietary requirements. My only criticism would have been the location of the hotel, there isn't anything to do in the immediate area, if you like to have a stroll there isn't anything interesting to see but the metro isn't far from the hotel to get to where you would like to come sit. I would recommend this hotel however . Pleasant experience

Room was decent although the rain shower was not my favorite and placed so that when the shower door was open (say, when turning in the water) the floor and bathmat would get wet. Nice old fashioneds at the lobby bar. Location was not ideal due to construction next door.

Huge Disappointment! Hilton Should Not Be This Poorly Managed! I’m a tourism graduate, and I’ve stayed in many hotels — but I’ve never experienced such poor management. For a globally recognized brand like Hilton, this was far below expectations. The receptionist, Mr. Ali, was condescending and unhelpful. Despite having luggage, no one offered any assistance. The room failed completely in terms of hygiene — there was hair in the bathroom and overall cleanliness was lacking. We were expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but it was a total letdown. It was our first time in Istanbul, and my friend made the reservation trusting the name of a 5-star hotel. After check-out, they even called us to demand extra payment, claiming there was lipstick on a towel — which was honestly ridiculous and shows how little they care about guest satisfaction. With such a high accommodation fee, this level of service is unacceptable. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place — don’t waste your money just to be disappointed.
