Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spotless, the staff both warm and professional, and the food absolutely delicious. The location strikes a perfect balance—conveniently close to major attractions while still offering peace and quiet. Service was consistently prompt and courteous. Good hotel at decent location of the city. Bit congestion at the entry points but manageable. Slow services at the restaurant, even after 15 minutes waiting time to get a scoop of ice cream they were not able to serve a basic product. Other staff is supportive to address your quires.
My husband and I visited Hilton Jaipur this week and honestly had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever! I have been a regular guest at Hilton properties not just in India but abroad as well since my father is a diamond member at Hilton group. So writing this review is a first for me since I have never faced something like this ever in any 5 star hotels. When we checked in, we were allotted a room which had a very strong polish or turpentine like smell and staying in that room for more than 5 minutes was just impossible! We informed the front office and they were prompt and courteous enough to change the room. During the stay, we faced inconvenience multiple times due to our room key not functioning properly in both the elevator and the room door, requiring it to be reissued almost every time. And to add that, the housekeeping staff mistakenly disposed off my footwear bag which had very expensive footwear. I have never ever experienced or heard something like this happening at even a 3 star or a 4 star property, let alone a 5 star! And now they are asking me for a payment receipt of the footwear that i purchased almost 2 months ago for the reimbursement. Very unprofessional and untrained staff to say the least! I have been to more than 20 hilton properties around the world but this has got to be my last after this terrible and awful experience. You really need to do better Hilton Jaipur!
