I would like to commend your hotel staff member, Fiona Zheng, who assisted in coordinating and ensuring I received the correct passport. She handled the situation very well and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills. She is responsible and provided great help. She should be acknowledged for her excellent management and ability to resolve the issue of the passport mix-up, even though she was not the one who caused the problem.

Very good, clean hotel. Helpful staff. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best ones I have been to. Highly recommend this hotel.
