Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort

I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 for two nights with my husband, in-laws, my parents, and our 3-year-old daughter. Due to room availability, the two rooms we booked were on different floors, but this didn’t cause any issues during our stay. I was very satisfied with the room’s view, cleanliness, and especially the amazing breakfast—offering both high-quality food and a diverse selection of local dishes. A special thanks to our housekeeper Janice, who went above and beyond to help with room arrangements, luggage, and answering my questions. The staff overall were excellent. For example, when I was considering buying a raincoat, someone from the retail shop kindly advised me to wait since the weather was unpredictable and their store opens early each day—saving me an unnecessary purchase. The location is also great. In good weather, there are evening performances just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Jiuzhai!

Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort blew me away with its stunning views – waking up to those mountains was incredible! My room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, exactly what you want after a day of exploring. And seriously, the buffet dinner was fantastic, so many delicious options. Plus, it was super convenient having lots of other restaurants and convenience stores right outside the hotel. It made everything so easy!

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Hilton Jiuzhaigou and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — nestled in a beautiful, scenic area. While the hotel facilities are showing a bit of age and could use some updates, the warmth and energy of the staff more than made up for it. Every team member we encountered was friendly, greeted us with a smile throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Wayne, who was especially helpful and made our stay more comfortable — truly a standout!
