Hilton Knoxville

We checked in super late and they made it very easy for us! The rooms were nice, the beds were comfy. Julian and Sam the valets were working so hard!! They’re what made me leave a review— both of them were truly going above and beyond for every customer!

Very pleased with our stay. Everyone was more than accommodating for our needs.. Ed from valet kept a watchful eye on our show car that we brought down from Jersey. Sam went above and beyond guiding the loading and unloading of the vehicle.. Everyone was pleasant and very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Downtown Hilton are professional, friendly and sweet. However, the building and the rooms are painfully outdated for the price. There ice machines on every other floor. We were lucky to be by a non-ice machine room with a singular $25 microwave. The A/C is located within the room and are actively leaking causing mold to grow. Both my guest and I had consistent headaches, swollen eyes and lymph nodes. We had a weird bug in our room. This is NOT the staffs fault. The building is outdated and in need of a revamp. I would say to go to another hotel for a better price and more amenities. When I come to visit in the future I will not be staying here again. It isn’t worth the sinus infection.
