I had a wonderful 3-days stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience comfortable. The room was clean and had the essentials I needed. The room is spacious and the view from it, on 32rd floor was lovely. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and fresh food. It was a nice way to start the day. The location is also very convenient with covered walk to a nearby mall. Would recommend :)
Overall, a great hotel. The lift requires a security card for staying at the guest floor. Every room on the floor is also a reasonable distance from the lift. The room is comfy though have too many light switches for my personal taste. The toilet doesn't have a water pipe, but it uses a bidet instead. The bed is comfy. Every food selection in the cafe has quite a variety for each taste of their own from breakfast to dinner. Parking is a bit hard if there's an event going on and quite expensive even for in house guests.
Had the best experience at the Executive Lounge here. Huge thanks to Rizal & Lounge Manager Halilah— they were both super friendly, attentive, and just a joy to be around. They always made sure I am so much comfortable and had everything I needed, and their warm smiles honestly made my day every time I dropped by. Service like that really makes a hotel stay feel extra special. Can’t wait to come back again! Just one minor issue I encountered during my stay — the hot water in the shower didn’t seem to be working properly. It wasn’t hot at all, not even lukewarm. But overall, it wasn’t a big deal for me. Otherwise could have easily scored a 5star! for Rooms :) And the parking charges have gone up to a whopping RM8, from RM4 or RM5 previously if I’m not mistaken...
