🌴 My Stay at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa – Peaceful, Elegant & Relaxing I recently stayed at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. It’s not your typical Las Vegas stay — it’s quieter, more scenic, and ideal if you want to unwind. 🌟 Diamond Status Recognition As a Hilton Diamond member, I really appreciated how well I was treated. The staff acknowledged my status and offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made a big difference. We also take the breakfast — which was quite generous and delicious — and the dinner at the on-site restaurant was also very good, with quality service and well-prepared dishes. ⸻ 🛌 Room & Resort My upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole environment felt calm and relaxing. Some of the decor could use a refresh, but overall, the room was great for rest and comfort. The resort grounds are beautiful, with a peaceful lake and nice walking areas. The pool was a highlight for me — clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I do wish it stayed open a bit later in the evening. ⸻ 🛍️ The Village Next Door Right next to the resort is a small Mediterranean-style village, which adds charm to the location. It’s cute and peaceful, great for a walk or a coffee. However, many of the shops close very early, and some were closed all day during my visit — so don’t expect much shopping or nightlife. Still, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant, which I actually enjoyed. ⸻ 🔁 A Few Notes • The resort is about 25–30 minutes from the Strip, so it’s best for those who don’t mind being off the main path. • While the hotel is elegant, a few areas could use renovation — especially the hallways and some furniture. • Dining options nearby are limited, so having a car helps. ⸻ ✅ Final Thoughts: Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The Diamond recognition, room upgrade, generous breakfast, and peaceful setting made it feel special. If you’re looking for tranquility, good service, and a change from the busy Strip scene, this resort is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent one night here for a quick staycation, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service, highlighted by the thoughtful birthday card waiting in my room. However, I encountered an unpleasant odor when entering the building from the parking garage, reminiscent of sewage. It seemed to be masked by a sweet air freshener, but the combination was less than pleasant. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, though they felt somewhat outdated. I appreciated the stunning views and enjoyed the vintage ambiance, but the furniture and linens could use some upgrades for added comfort. My bed felt a bit stiff, and the outlets near the bed were not easily accessible. Additionally, the lamp on the table flickered whenever something was placed on the side table, and I noticed a constant drip from the bathtub. On a positive note, I spent a lovely time at the beautiful pool, although I was surprised to find that it was only 3.5 feet deep. While this wasn't a major issue, it was unexpected. Overall, my stay was decent, but I’m uncertain if I would choose to return to this property in the future.

Very disappointing stay. First of all, I've stayed at Hilton resorts and hotels in the past and have been happy with my experiences at those locations. However, with the reputation of Hilton having quality destinations to visit, this visit to the Lake Las Vegas location fell very short of that reputation for me and my family. We were here for 3 nights on a mini vacation and to attend a concert in Las Vegas. We choose this destination for its uniqueness compared to other places we looked at. Yet during our stay we had to deal with the smell of sewage in the lobby (and no clear explanation as to why). The room was not as clean as it should have been (see pictures). The floors didn't appear to be vacuumed as we found bits of trash and food on the floor. The bedding had some stains on them. Random marks are on the ceiling and walls. One day we left the hotel for a day out around Las Vegas, and requested housekeeping to service the room. Upon returning, the bathroom was the only area that seemed to have been cleaned, used towels were gone and new ones were added. The beds were not made up and the trash can still had trash in it. Also, called guest services requesting additional soap and shampoo to be brought up as the bottles provided in the room were empty, but nothing was delivered. Upon our day to leave, the fire alarm went off twice at about 4am and 7am. Hotel guest evacuated but there was no visit by the fire department to investigate the matter and to ensure the hotel was safe to remain in. I'd recommend a different location for your stay until these issues are fixed, and just read the other reviews to see that this is not a one-off occurrence. I hope management takes a serious look into these matters and remedies them. It seemed like it was a great location at one point in time, but it wasn't for me and my family. Again, very disappointing, considering it's part of the Hilton chain.
