We loved our visit to this hotel. It was chosen for location while we attended some music gigs in central London and the O2. As members of Hilton honors scheme, it was financially motivated as well as standard of hotel. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Minor point, the bathroom was a little tired and needed some TLC , however, super clean and very comfortable. The rooms are a great size with tea and coffee, plenty of wardrobe space, a safe for valuables and complementary toiletries needed for a stay. The housekeeping staff were friendly and super professional. The other members of staff, all the staff, were friendly and helpful and we felt, despite the. being busy, that our needs were catered for. The management were very present in the hotel, and there was a Team feeling about the activities. Having met the GM, the Leadership and quality of service is in no doubt the reason for the great customer experience. We will absolutely visit again, and highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure time.
This weekend was the first time I’ve ever stayed in an Hilton hotel and oh what a fantastic experience it was! The staff treated EVERYONE like royalty alway happy to help and very friendly. Just incredible, if I needed a hotel in London again I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. My husband also added to the booking it was my birthday (which it was). Within about 5 minutes of being in the room one of the staff members came up with two mini bottles of prosecco and two slices of cake. Honestly made my day. The room was clean and spacious as well!
We had a nice stay here as a family of 3, just visiting London for the day. Canary Wharf is close enough to central london to make it work. The room was nice, but was missing some of the complimentary items you'd get at other budget hotels but it was still nice enough. The beds where comfortable and the surrounding area and buildings are really beautiful and modern. If you can get a good price for each night, I'd recommend it. We payed £177 for one night. I know it's London, but I think that was too much.
