First class from start to finish and everyone so helpful. Check in was so quick and easy and a special mention to Ash who was polite, helpful and accomodating, she could not have done any more to help us. The Executive lounge was comfortable, quiet and well stocked and again everyone so pleasant and helpful. A special mention to Bianca and Ricardo who worked with smiles on their faces and were good fun to interact with in the evening. Breakfast was quick and pleasant in the lounge and helped us on our way. Very enjoyable stay and again, thank you Ash, Bianca and Ricardo.

Very clean welcoming hotel. The rooms spacious and had great amenities. They were a bit bland and a pop of colour would have made them a lot nicer. The rooms were clean and very quiet. The walk from t he terminal to the hotel is further than I thought and went through the car park. It was a bit daunting on my own early morning.

I booked the hotel due to an early flight the following morning. It’s right next to the South Terminal and convenient for anyone who has children. I was really looking forward to going to get food and relaxing before my early night . I decided on Amy’s due to the vegan option and I had seen a roasted veg pizza which I thought sounded quite nice. However I decided to confirm it was a pizza and the server had no idea which I thought was poor considering he was wait staff. I then ordered and paid at the bar as on entering nobody was on the desk. I then waited 45 minutes having asked twice about my food and a second drink ordered to be provided with a stone cold very thin one sided toasted rock hard baguette that had probably been sat in the kitchen for the entire time I’d waited. I was then provided a free drink due to the wait.. I feel you should be able to have a nice start to your holiday and I expected more from the Hilton. Absolute rubbish and disappointing start to my well earned holiday. The rooms are like every other hotel nothing special but the pillows are not the best and no I didn’t sleep well so I think I’ll return to the holiday inn! Food and beds much better.
