Brilliant. Simply brilliant! The dedication that went into building the hotel behind a berm for an isolated nature experience on site at an airport was so noticed and appreciated! Sound reduction and the atmosphere with an herb garden, fountain … Thank you. Excellent breakfast, fabulous rooms and friendly staff. Super experience!
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. I had injured my leg while traveling earlier in the day. The staff provided support beyond what I asked for, making sure it had the best experience. I have been traveling a lot lately and have stayed in many Hilton airport properties. This experience was hands down the best, by far. Thank you to the amazing staff! P.S. The breakfast was also wonderful.
Probably one of my worst experiences in terms of value for money. The service was well below expectations, and the overall offering felt minimal at best. Food quality was poor, and breakfast in particular was far below what you’d expect from a Hilton. Even the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas didn’t meet the brand’s usual standard. Would not recommend—there are better options in the area.
