Overall, a very good experience. The hotel is conveniently located for travelers using Heathrow Airport, offering comfortable rooms and efficient service. Room service is available, which is great for late arrivals or early departures—though the night menu is somewhat limited, it still provides enough options for a quick bite. Staff were professional and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet, making it a good place to rest before or after a flight. Would recommend for a short stay.

Do NOT trust this hotel. We left money in the in-room safe. When we asked the hotel staff to open the safe and secure the money so we could retrieve it later, they said “There wasn’t anything there.” Money apparently vanished froms its safe. We know exactly what we left in the safe — we’re not confused. This was theft, plain and simple, and the hotel staff either covered it up or couldn’t care less. Either way, it’s a huge red flag. Stay anywhere else. Your belongings are NOT safe here, and management clearly doesn’t take guest safety or accountability seriously.

My best friend had a truly awful experience at this hotel. She accidentally left a significant amount of money in the room safe after checking out. She called the hotel immediately to ask for it to be secured so one of her colleagues could come pick it up. The hotel asked her for the code to the safe — which she provided — and after that, they claimed there was no money inside. It’s very clear what happened here, and it’s incredibly disappointing and dishonest. Instead of helping recover her belongings, the staff took advantage of the situation. This is not only unprofessional, but deeply unethical. We will never stay here again, and I highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value your safety and the integrity of the staff.
