Hilton London Paddington

Checking out tomorrow and sorry to leave. I was a little worried reading the reviews before coming here. This hotel met my needs and more! What a lovely stay. The room might need a little updating but was so clean. The housekeeping was the best I have seen anywhere! Water pressure was amazing. The best location in London due to being next door to Paddington station and having shops and eateries. I would not hesitate to stay here again while in London!

Location couldn’t get any better once stepping off the train. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfy too. The only negative would be that when spending £300 per night, the rooms I feel need to have a lick of paint and to be updated. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, hot and cold. Check in and check out was easy with friendly staff. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Not the room we booked and dated, 3 guests but only had items for 2 confirming we were correct that it was not a family room as booked it was a double with a single bed shoved in so no space at all in the room. The bar staff were extremely slow taking 15mins to get a bottle of beer and a glass of wine meaning we had to cancel as needed to leave, 2 other people canceled and we were only ones in the bar. The staff the started rolling there eyes and the bar man started making comments. Very disappointing. Only good thing was the service from the staff member that checked us in who was very polite and welcoming.
