Went there for a staycation to enjoy air conditioning. The place is very popular for weddings and events, situated around a lot of greenery and offering a lot of space to relax on the side. Spa was a great limited access for adults only, with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It felt very quiet and peaceful as they limit the access. Restaurant was very large, indoor and outdoor, with a bar on the side. Service was always very polite, particularly at the reception.
We had a wonderful experience at Syon Park and stayed for 2 nights -Enjoying all the great facilities Kevin Fernandez at reception was outstanding -He gave us such a warm welcome. Was incredibly friendly and genuine and really made us feel at home. We truly appreciated his hospitality & hope to come back again to be welcomed by such lovely Staff.
We spent our birthday in the hotel and had the best time 😊 We share the same birthday and as a new couple, this was a very special one, our first birthday together. The room was clean and beautiful. The bar offers delicious drinks. Mao, at reception, was very welcoming. Thanks for everything 🙏
