Exceptional staff and location Our stay at Hilton London Tower Bridge was simply wonderful. The location was perfect — just a short stroll to Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and so many London highlights. What truly made it special, though, was the customer service. Surprise welcome gift with a personalized card in our room and a coloring book with pencils for the little one! Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. A special thanks to the checking staff, breakfast manager Beatrice, the chef, and the night hostess ( Robi) for their exceptional care and kindness — you truly went above and beyond. The combination of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality made our time here unforgettable. We highly recommend the hotel and we will be back.

We stayed here during our London trip. couldn’t have asked for better location than this, it’s just 2 min walk from London bridge Train station and 5 min walk to the famous Tower Bridge. To add on this, the welcome given by receptionist Gabriella was over the top. Apart from location the hotels itself has lot of everything to offer. They have decent room size and everything is very well maintained. All the staff Members are very polite and helpful.

My wife and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and decided to book Hilton London Tower Bridge for our stay. One of the best decisions we have ever made. The staff greeted us warmly and was very professional. We had requested a king deluxe room with a view of the Shard, which wasn’t ready. They apologized for the room not being ready and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited, which we gladly accepted. It didn’t take long to get the room ready and we were pleasantly surprised to see a nice bottle of red wine and glasses in our room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our booking included breakfast each day, which was great. Would definitely stay here again.
