Hilton Long Beach Hotel

The stay where was phenomenal! I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me and assign me another room, since my initial assignment was not ready. I really want to talk about my experience at the dining spot “The Loft.” Jocelyn was my server and from the beginning she was delightful. She showed me to my seat and walked me through her favorites on the menu. The service she provided was impeccable. I also got the opportunity to speak to the chef and the Calamari and Pear Salad were two of the best tasting dishes I had in a while. 10/10 recommend for your stay but The Loft dining on the second floor is a must try.

We had an awesome stay! All the staff were amazing! I was greeted by everyone from the start at Valet, to Front Desk (Crystal) , the restaurant staff and Housekeeping staff. There was a room attendant on my floor who checked to see if I needed anything and each time she saw me or my family passing through she greeted us. She was so genuine, you can see that the associates really enjoy being a part of a team. Also, my family enjoyed the water feature in the lobby with its ducks, so COOL! Thank you ROB, General Manager for such a great place, a great team and amazing experience!

The staff is very professional and polite. The vibe is chill and elegant in the hotel. My server at the restaurant Bobby & Jocelyn was nice. They made recommendations to my food which I appreciated because everything looked delicious. Jocelyn recommended the delicious hummus and Bobby recommended the fantastic cheesecake. I like that this hotel is walkable distance to all the downtown Long Beach nightlife even though I can’t experience it during this business trip. I did walk there for the restaurants.
