Hilton Mall of Istanbul

I had a truly incredible experience here. I was upgraded to a very nice room, and when the manager checked me in, I was offered complimentary breakfast- normally 35€. In the morning, due to some technical error, I was not on the list. I was asked about it while getting my food, and then was kindly left to eat. As I left the breakfast area, the stewardess kindly asked me to resolve it at the front desk with her. I noted that I was happy to pay, but that Booking had promised free breakfast also and the manager had included it specifically the night before. The front desk worker was very gracious and said he believed me and was happy to make sure it was so. I’ve never been treated with more respect and kindness at a hotel- ever!

A beautiful and wonderful hotel in terms of room space, cleanliness, and all the staff are very friendly. I didn't mention the name of the workers. I don't want to digest the right of any of them. To be honest, they are all friendly and have a smile. Thank you very much to all the crew.

Had a brief but lovely stay here at the end of July 2025. The service at the front desk was fantastic and I was grateful to be upgraded to a balcony room on the 19th floor with a phenomenal view, though somewhat surprised that even though I was upgraded to an executive room, lounge access is reserved solely for Diamonds and not Golds. The property is new and is in pristine condition, and it is linked directly with the Mall of Istanbul. It is also well linked to Istanbul Airport with the H-3 bus and is also right next to a subway station - not sure where that would take you though since I did not use it. Having left at 3am for an early flight, the taxi commute to the airport was around 30min. The property is great, but if you are looking to spend more time in Istanbul itself and not just the mall, you would probably be better off at one of the many other world-class Hilton properties in the city.
