Just got back from an overnight stay with my 8 year old autistic son. My sons special interest is vehicles of any description, I mentioned this when booking the room and asked if we could possibly be overlooking either a road or train station. Our room was perfect, he was blown away, we could see trains, trams, buses cars the whole shabang! The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, understanding of my son and his needs, nothing has been too much trouble. We enjoyed the pool, had room service and ate at the breakfast buffet. All fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, the staff and location are perfect.

Great Hotel Great facilities, all rooms nice but recommend the upgraded rooms with bath and separate shower. Their breakfasts are nice. Staff are great all around the hotel they are happy to help they go above and beyond. Even had a staff member in the lift secure a reservation in Cloud 23

The staff here are very friendly, however be advised the room conditions are not up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. Upon check in, the room we were provided had many stains in the carpets, on the walls, doors, etc. The night stands had rings from previous guest cups that were not wiped down. We called the front desk to request a new room. They mentioned they would call back when they had a new room for us. An employee brought us new keys and mentioned the entire hotel needs a renovation. When I asked if I could point out some issues I was told “It’s nothing I haven’t seen before.” It was apparent once we got into the new room that they quickly sent someone into the room to clean more. The surfaces were still wet and the room was over-sprayed with air freshener. I had some of my own travel cleaning wipes from the airplane that I used on the door, counters, and they were dirty once I wiped things down. There is a difference between a renovation needed (new carpets, replaced furniture) and general housekeeping (wiping surfaces, doors) and this hotel clearly has a housekeeping issue. We did not feel “clean” at all while in our room during the stay. I provided this review privately to the hotel on 6/2 and requested follow-up, and never heard back. As a frequent traveler (Hilton Diamond Member) I am usually impressed by Hilton standards but unfortunately this hotel should be avoided.
