We just got back from an amazing trip to Marco Island, and I can't say enough good things about the Hilton resort. While the whole experience was great, the real highlights were the bartenders, BC and Robert. These two were a fantastic team and very professional. They were always so energetic and fun. What really impressed me was their knowledge of wine. They didn't just pour drinks; they took the time to understand what we were eating and recommended the perfect wine pairings. They were spot on every time! Thanks for making our stay so special. We'll definitely be back!
I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Marco Island! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. A special shoutout to Mikey and Grace at the pool. They were absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a first-class Marco Island getaway!
Very disappointing experience in this hotel. 1. The crew assigning beach loungers and umbrellas are hustling customers. My wife woke up at 7am to be able to get front row loungers and umbrella as the previous day they were all taken. When she arrived there were no customers there but beach crew had already “reserved” front row seats and were hustling hotels guests to pay them for these seats even though they are free for hotel guests. They said you take care of me I take care of you. When we complaint to hotel front desk Manager he deflected by saying it was a third party service provider for the hotel. On top of it the beach loungers are old and collapsing. 2. They charged us $38 per day for self parking. How is this possible. We go all the way to their hotel to stay in their facilities and they charged us to self park there? If not where are we supposed to park?? By the way, they didn’t even ask or know if we had a car there or not. 3. When we booked the room we paid for a suite that said had 2 beds. Room only had 1 bed and a sofa bed. 4. Beach/pool towels were old and terrible. 5. There was no bar service at the beach. Instead they have a bar car driving around that you have to beg for service. Access to it it’s so rare that when you get to it there is a huge line. All the above I would forgive if we are in a hotel paying $300 a night. But we paid over $700 per night. In addition to all the above, food at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were mediocre at best. Needless to say I will never go there again.
