Hilton Mexico City Airport

This Hilton is an easy place to stay if you have a layover in Mexico City. Clean rooms. Simple furnishings. Nice staff. The lobby is quiet and peaceful, which feels a world away from the bustling airport below. Pro Tips: - It’s located in Terminal 1, so be sure to plan your time accordingly! - If you’re visiting from another country and potentially sensitive to the water, purchase bottled water to brush your teeth and make coffee

Terrible. Rooms are dirty and shower did not work correctly. Definitely not worth the convenience of the location. Hotel is old, dirty, rooms are small and not well maintained. There are several other hotels much better close by. I am a Hilton Gold Member and I will never stay in this hotel again. Definitely not Hilton quality.

I was disappointed with this hotel. I stayed two times and won't be back. I gave it a second chance in which it failed. The rooms were dirty (needed swept) and did not have conditioner (empty). You could smell the sewer gas from the bathroom which was unpleasant. Rooms were very small for the price point. The chef a breakfast forgot to make me an omelette after ordering. Most of all, I arrived at 12:30 at night. They did not have a shuttle service from terminal 2. As an airport hotel (one of the largest cities in the world), you would imagine they would have a shuttle available 24/7. There was no upgrade for the inconvenience. If I have to take a taxi from one terminal to the other, I would rather stay at the Courtyard (Marriott) very close to the airport and have a larger room (better price). I made the front desk aware that service should be available and she didn't care. I will stay at the Courtyard next time. I'll have to take a taxi either way.
