Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe

While I'm writing this review I am still staying at the Hilton Santa Fe. Our state It has been one of the most memorable ones because everyone gives you the best service ever. Giovanni at the lobby this guy is all heart what a way to make you feel great. At the executive lounge in the morning Danna is the sweetest person I've ever met and on top of everything. At night at the executive lounge Erniel was on top of everything his service was on another level. In front desk Paola what can I say thank you so much for being so special with us you make our state in this hotel the most memorable one. If you're ever staying in Santa Fe I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton and what makes this place so special are the people working in this hotel. My Husband and I stayed here on the week we were celebrating our wedding in Mexico City. Most of our guest and family members also stayed in the Hotel with us. The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating and kind to us. Rosa who did the cleaning service in our room for several days, Lupita and Alejandro who helped us with our dry cleaning and room service, Alonso in the lobby who received many of our guest and supported us with private car service and other amenities, Miguel Angel, Veronique and so many others! We were truly blown away by your service, kindness and always smiling faces. Thank you so much for your outstanding work we can't wait to visit you all again.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The most impressive part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Giovanni from Concierge in particular, was incredibly kind and always willing to assist. He frequently checked if I needed anything and even recommended a restaurant that turned out to be fantastic. During checkout, they also helped with my luggage and even grabbed the Uber from the street to bring him to the hotel entrance. Overall, the service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would love to visit again!
