As a Hilton Gold member, I must say the stay was cool but i did not like the fact that there were unexpected fees. The front desk is very nice and welcoming, the hotel setup is cool they got games and a bar outside by the pool, and well well-stacked fitness center. They have a rent-a-car service downstairs and I can't tell you how convenient that is! The bed in the room was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've been on. The only kickback I have for this hotel is I've been here for a few days now and requested room service multiple times for new towels and sheets but no one has shown up yet. Hopefully that changes soon but overall a great experience so far *update* Room service came and stacked everything wonderfully. I also forgot to add that if you rent a car from this hotel please keep in mind that you will have to pay $30 a day for parking. I was under the impression that parking was free for customers who rented their cars at the Hertz at the hotel since they give you a parking pass to go in and out with all day once you get the rental but I found out the hard way that was inaccurate. Also if you decide to extend your days the rates that you initially were paying go up even as a gold and diamond member on top of a slew of fees that you won't be aware of until checkout. Great experience overall but do you homework before you swipe your card

Outstanding Service – Thank You, Sabrina! As a Hilton Diamond member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and lately, the service experience has been somewhat unpredictable. However, my recent stay at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon was truly exceptional — thanks to Sabrina at the front desk. Sabrina was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in securing rooms with a great view, and her warm, attentive attitude made a big difference in my overall experience. This is the kind of service I truly appreciate after being loyal to the Hilton brand for many years. Sabrina exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the care she put into making my stay a pleasant one and making a difference. Thank you, Sabrina!

Rooms was very old. We got a handicap room mot sure why. Must have been sold out? Towels were not clean. One had a big blood stain on it. It was disgusting. The beds looked clean, but we felt dirty after the towel experience. Parking was tight, dark and full.
