This hotel is phenomenal. Kristen helped me to have a smooth check in and helped to orient me to all the hotel amenities. Alejandro was very kind and answered all of my questions with a professional and cheerful attitude. Every staff member I encountered from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff were all friendly and efficient. My room was so comfortable and clean and the location is beautiful and convenient. I would absolutely stay here again. This experience has inspired me to join as a Hilton member with hopes to have this same experience at every location.
Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and even Starbucks were consistently kind, patient, and attentive. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. I slept great thanks to the blackout curtains and steady AC. It’s perfect for a business trip or medical visit when you really need to rest. The hotel restaurant had great service and solid food, and the Starbucks team in the lobby was just as friendly and fast. You can tell service is a top priority here.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Not worth it — overpriced and disappointing I had a really poor experience at Hilton Miami Dadeland. First off, the service is overpriced for what you get. They tried to charge me $55 just to check out early, which is absurd. On top of that, parking is $25 per day, even though the lot is open and right under the sun — no shade, no security. They also had the nerve to charge $3 for a water bottle that’s supposed to be complimentary. No microwave a few bad tv channels. Bathroom simplest and poor My room’s view? The rooftop — nothing scenic at all. Plus, the location is a huge downside. It’s 45 minutes from the beach and over an hour to downtown Miami with traffic, which is always crazy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better options closer to everything and with much better service. Definitely not worth the price.
