We had a great experience! Gerald P. was fantastic at check-in—his customer service was outstanding. He was genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and he truly seemed happy to be there. The hotel itself was wonderful, with nice amenities like the pool and a Starbucks on-site. The front desk and concierge staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. The location is a bonus—it’s within walking distance to the bay, great restaurants, and a beautiful park. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect and the view from the room was spectacular. Not a fan of the room old style decor, they feel dated. The AC in my room must be like 100 years old; it made a very loud noise during the whole stay (room 1908). For the money you pay and the location I’d say it’s still worth it.

If you have a car don’t ever stay here! First night we have an incidental with the girl on the valet, she was being so rude and giving us attitude cause we were trying to check in. Second night was alright but the valet made a mistake and at morning when we were trying to check out this other lady was telling me that we didn’t pay valet when it supposed to be charge on your room and they didn’t do it and by the time we were already check out. Then she gave us receipt and snatched the keys and receipt out of hands and was trying to get cash from us, and call her coworker to tell us they won’t give the car to us if we didn’t give them the cash (FOR THE MISTAKE THEY MADE). I wonder where the Hilton professionalism, luxury and good customer service is at. This is unacceptable not talking about their mistake about how the employees treat their guest being a luxury hotel.
