We have stayed at this hotel on our last two trips to Milan. The rooms are clean and well-maintained and the location is only a short walk to the train station. It’s not the easiest walk with big luggage, but can be done. The thing that separates this hotel is the staff. They’re just outstanding. That includes the front desk, concierge and restaurant staff. I have 1000+ hotel nights over several brands and I’d rank this staff near the top.
Excellent location, wonderful staff, and an amazing hotel that has been recently renovated. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction than a warm and welcoming smile and easy check in. Our group was checked in quickly and allowed us to start exploring this wonderful city. This was the perfect hotel to end our month in Italy before returning back to the States. I can't wait to stay here again.
Excellent location (two blocks from Metro and Train Station). The hotel has had a beautiful make-over (except for the breakfast area which is scheduled for the fall). Our room and floor (520) was modern, stylish and cozy. The staff was so very attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would definitely return!
