Hilton Milwaukee

We stayed 2 nights and were in town for a business meeting that was at the hotel. The conference and meeting rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Parking was and added cost in a ramp next door but was reasonable. The bathroom in our room was a bit tight but otherwise the room was clean and very nice. We would stay here again when in downtown Milwaukee.

We stayed here for one night, on a side-trip from Chicago. Our check-in was a quick, pleasant & seamless experience with Front Desk agent Remy making us feel very welcome and offering superior service. She even made our shy 2-year old boy feel quite welcome, with her kid-friendly personality. Her assistance continued after check-in giving us advice on local sightseeing and hotel amenities, as well as helping inform us of the hotel’s food options. The room itself was nice and clean, appearing to have been recently refurbished. The view was also nice, from the 17th floor, showing the west side of town and the baseball stadium. The only issue we had was the bathtub didn’t drain when taking showers, as the plug would not pop up from the sealed position. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Checkout also went well and we had another very courteous and attentive agent, however her name escapes me. She helped resolve the bathtub drain issue to our satisfaction and between her and Remy we will very likely be choosing this hotel for future Milwaukee stays.

My husband I were recently at a convention at the Hilton in Milwaukee. When we arrived, we realized that we made an error and had forgotten to make the appropriate reservations for the convention. The front desk check in person, Remy, realized our panic and was so incredibly gracious and calming that we were put at ease. She worked diligently to attempt to find a spare room for us and attempted to find a room so we could get the convention discount. Unbelievably, Remy located a room for us and charged us the conference cost for the room. Remy reassured us that everything was great and if we needed anything over the weekend to seek her out and she would do her best for us. She made such and impression on my husband and I…more than any speaker we heard at the convention. Her kindness and caring surpassed anything I have experienced in a long time. I certainly hope that upper management reads this and is aware that they have a gem in Remy.
