Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming area was well kept and the pool was clean. All the staff we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. At check in, the staff member went over everything in detail and answered any questions we had. Checking out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, as to be expected from a Hilton brand hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are on the firmer side but still very comfortable. Pool is a little smaller but still nice to relax in, about 5’ deep. Only complaint is with the hot tub. The jets have way too much force, it splashes water all over.

Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington was a convenient hotel for my husband and I to stay at for one night prior to our flight out of MSP. Both of our shuttle drivers- Jim & Bill went so above and beyond with their conversations, assisting with our HEAVY luggage and their kindness, I was highly impressed! Best shuttle service we have received by far! And we always stay at a hotel prior to our flights, so we have a lot of experience! Don’t forget to tip your shuttle drivers, y’all! They work so hard! We were able to get a room upgrade due to our Hilton status, which was very much appreciated. The room was on a high floor- had a gorgeous view of the city, and was extremely clean. The shower however, had low water pressure and wasn’t my favorite. 😩 We will absolutely be staying here again for the value (Park, Stay, Fly) and services we received. One thing I didn’t like though, this location doesn’t honor Diamond status for food & beverage credits and instead gives you free breakfast on the executive floor. I was not at all impressed with the breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. The beds were comfortable and we felt 100% safe. The pillows sucked though. Be prepared for a sore neck! lol.
