Hilton Minneapolis

This is a great hotel right in the heart of downtown. There are plenty of food options within walking distance plus lots of history surrounding it. The rooms were clean (slightly dated), the hotel and bar downstairs in the lobby was clean and kept up wonderfully. All of the staff was very helpful too. Walkway to the convention center as well. I was here on business and really enjoyed my stay.

Second time staying here and it’s a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. We had problems with our bookings due to flight changes and they took care of everything without batting an eye. Every member of staff is friendly, understanding and does their best to treat you with respect. The only thing I’d say is that there is no hot tub but the people, and the sauna easily make up for that.

Overall good experience, but service could be a bit better. Location is great. Second time staying for an event. Staff is friendly. Hotel located in downtown so many places are accessible. Confused with payment part. I booked the rooms with a business CC, but upon checking in was forced to use personal one for room insurance which is 1000 USD. My stay for 3 nights was less expensive than the deposit. Luckily was able to sort it and have all charges applied to the correct card. Parking available. Cleam rooms. Nice views.
