Hilton Molino Stucky Venice

What a beautiful Hotel with rich history and perfect location to enjoy Venice, but not having to live in the chaos of day tourist. Highlights… the room upgrade 😳🙌🏼😍 the boat shuttle ($15) per person for the stay and always on time the breakfast was excellent with options for all. Not the best Hilton breakfast compared to Hilton Lake Como, but still very good. Negatives are only that is big so if you’re looking for the intimate Venice hotel you’ll want to look somewhere else, that said they’ve done a great job at keep much of the initial structures beams so the rooms and hallways feels smaller and more cozy. Hotel concierge was one of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve seen in a long while. Thank you Hilton Venice for a wonderful stay.

An absolutely unforgettable stay – this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, elegant, and welcoming. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored historic mill on the Giudecca Island, with a perfect blend of Venetian charm and modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view over the canal and city. Every detail was thought through. Hot water, strong water pressure, and a luxurious bathroom – no issues at all. Just comfort and calm. Breakfast was exceptional – a wide variety of fresh options, both hot and cold, from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order eggs and Italian coffee. And best of all, everything was served in the hotel itself, in a calm and elegant setting. Staff were professional, polite, and always helpful, from check-in to room service. The rooftop pool and bar are a must – the panoramic views of Venice are simply breathtaking. The location on Giudecca is peaceful, away from the busy tourist areas, but easily accessible by shuttle boat, which runs regularly and on time. If you're visiting Venice and want a stay that feels special, refined, and truly relaxing, Hilton Molino Stucky is worth every euro. I can't wait to come back.

The room is average. Ours had a very strange smell. It was clean but it needed some updating. I have paid a whole lot less and had a lot nicer room. It was not what I expected for a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels across Europe and this one does not even compare. The service was absolutely terrible. The hotel did not have our taxi at the airport. They made it our fault and tried to charge us. Only when we said we absolutely wouldn’t paid or would block the charge did they agree to refund the taxi service. This was all after we waited over an hour and had to find our own way to the hotel in an unknown city. Then on our final night we asked for a breakfast box for the next morning and they said it was too late. When you pay 450 euros a night for a room, I’m sorry it is never too late when a customer asks. It also was a reasonable hour and a reasonable request so this was just the final straw. I doubt I will ever stay here again. The only thing I can say though is the location is beautiful but it all and all needs a lot of help in the service department.
