Hilton Munich City

Exceptional space, with a very central location and extremely kind concierge team. I would give this hotel 5/5 on all categories. First, on the location, this hotel is directly located above one of the train stations on the main line, with an elevator directly connecting it. Second, in terms of the rooms, they are clean, nicely furnished, and, even given their age, seem to have held up nicely. Lastly, the service. Breakfast was quite yummy, with some of the better hot food options I've seen of european hotels. The concierge was also quite helpful, being able to assist us in both English and German. I would say this is for sure the best Hilton in Munich, and well worth the extra cost compared to other properties like the Garden Inn for the factors listed above.

Very good rooms, they were a bit old but spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, but on the first day the shower wasn’t working, but after that it started working well again. Service is good, the people downstairs are nice and welcoming. The location is good but not really in the centre of Munich but it’s close to Rosenheimer Platz which is nice and easy for public transportation to other parts of the city. Overall, I recommend and think it’s pretty decent. Wish I could give 4.5, because it’s better than 4 stars but not exactly 5 stars but a good hotel still.

Stayed for four nights. The location is perfect but the tram was down during my stay. Services bus is provided. Had an incident of lost-but-found, with thanks to the receptionist Maria and her team. Food is great.
